As part of the 10:10 Programme we celebrated the Wellbeing of our staff and students this week.

Throughout college this week we have promoted our ethos of ‘living life to the full’. Above all, this included promoting positive Wellbeing and mental health of our staff and students.

20% of adolescents may experience a mental health problem in any given year.1

As a result, daily sessions, such as; Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Confession, Mass and CBT therapy drop ins were offered as mental support. Whereas, the Rodeo Bull, Surf Simulator, Smoothie Bike, Climbing Wall and sports sessions engaged the body. It has been an absolute privilege to offer such a diverse array of help to encourage our young people to think positively about their own self-wellbeing. Overall Wellbeing Week 2019 has proven to be a huge success, we cannot thank our guests and activity holders enough for their hard work.
