Carmel College has a “Green Travel Plan” and we would encourage visitors to consider alternatives to visiting by car with single occupancy. The college is located 1.5 miles from St Helens town centre on the A58 Prescot Road. The centre of Prescot is 4 miles away. Carmel can also be reached via the Red Rocks public footpath which runs alongside the college playing fields and down towards Knowsley Road.
By Rail
The college is only 10 minutes walk from both the Thatto Heath and Eccleston Park Rail Stations. These stations are on the main line between Wigan North Western station and Liverpool Lime Street station.
By Bus

By Car
There is free parking in the college grounds for staff and visitors. Students can park on West Park Rugby Club next to the college entrance. There is designated parking for disabled drivers at both the front and side entrances to the college.
