What Our Students Say

The staff at Carmel were so supportive and really pushed me to try new things while being super adaptive to my eventual specialism.

"I can’t begin to describe how much I benefitted from my time on the Extended Diploma and Art Foundation at Carmel!
I think if you’re interested in anything creative (even if you’re not sure what that is yet) then the Extended Diploma is the perfect course to start with. You’ll get to try a tonne of things and really discover what excites you as an artist."
I now work as a self-employed Animator and have recently had the privilege of coming back to Carmel to deliver a workshop to students. I brought my 'Divination Dave' animation which won the Founder’s Award at the British Short Film Fest and Best Animation at the BFI Future Film Fest."
