Term starts on Monday, 1st September 2025
- Please arrive a little before your first lesson to find your classroom and settle in.
- There will be a Student Information Point at the centre of the campus on Monday, 1st September, to answer any queries.
- Break times are 10:50 am – 11:10 am, and lunch is 12:30 pm – 1:20 pm
- Wear smart casual clothing that’s comfortable for learning.
- If you need help with transport, finances, bursaries, IT, or other support, our team is ready to assist you.
- The library is open all day as a quiet place to study or relax.

College ID Badge and Lanyard
- You should have received your College ID badge and lanyard on enrolment day.
- Missed enrolment? Don’t worry, you can pick up your ID badge at the Student Entrance on Monday morning.
- No badge waiting? You can visit IT Services during the day in the Dalton Building, Room D113. (Ask staff on campus or visit the student or main entrance reception)

You’ll have received a message with your Carmel College password.

It reads: “Hi [Your Name], here is your Carmel password. Please keep it safe. Your username is on your ID badge.”

Need a paper copy? Grab one at the Student Information Point at the centre of the campus on Monday.
- Course Change Procedure – The course change process will begin on Monday, 8th September. Students who wish to change a course within their programme of study should contact their Personal Achievement Tutor (PAT) to arrange a one-to-one appointment.
