Gong Xi Fa Cai! Today we have been celebrating Chinese New Year- Year of the Rabbit! Students at Carmel were able to take part in Chinese Crafts including Chinese Calligraphy, Wood Block prints, as well as Paper Cutting. We were also lucky enough to have a celebratory Chinese menu in our canteen! There were several choices for each of the courses:Starters, Main Meal and Sides and it was yummy.
