Lower Sixth student, Brandon Scully and Upper Sixth student, Sam Royle, are tackling more than just their studies this year! Today they are both heading out to Australia with Saints RLFC as they go on tour until 31st October. During this time they will be playing four games against Australian teams, Canterbury Bulldogs, Central Coast, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Penrith Panthers. The Academy will also take part in training once a day alongside a little bit of sightseeing. Brandon has said he is looking forward to visiting the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Bridge and even trying a bit of surfing and white water rafting. He says, “the tour is a great experience and a fantastic insight into what it takes to be a professional ruby league player.”

We wish you both the best of luck on the tour!
