Five of our Upper Sixth students took part in the British Physics Olympiad Competition in November.

At Carmel, the Physics Olympiad is ‘STEM Super Curricular’ for students on our High Achievers’ Plus (HA+) programme.

It is a gruelling 3-hour exam which is aimed at stretching and challenging Britain’s top young physicists.

They did fantastically well, particularly William and Joe, who placed in the top 30% of the brightest physics students in the country. We are incredibly proud of all of them!
