Our Lower Sixth Maths students are having a great time exploring the vibrant city of Barcelona, combining fun, culture, and unforgettable experiences!

Monday: After arriving in sunny Spain, students settled in with a relaxing visit to the beach followed by a stroll down the lively Las Ramblas, soaking in the atmosphere and getting their first taste of Barcelona life.

Tuesday: A day trip to the stunning Montserrat, where the group explored the breathtaking mountain range and monastery, with incredible views and a chance to reflect on the maths and architecture behind the scenery!

Wednesday: A full day of thrills at PortAventura Theme Park! Rollercoasters, adrenaline, and a bit of physics-meets-maths in action!

Thursday: The group is visiting the iconic Sagrada Família, Gaudí’s architectural masterpiece. A great opportunity to explore the mathematical patterns and geometry hidden in its design.

A fantastic week full of memories, new friendships, and learning beyond the classroom. Huge thanks to all the staff who made the trip possible!
