I can’t recommend Carmel enough. The tutors were all so supportive and really helped me when applying to university and perfecting my personal statement. Without this support, I feel that I wouldn’t be where I am now.

I worked as a midwife at Royal Bolton Hospital after getting a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Midwifery at Edge Hill University. I was then offered a continuity of care midwife job at Warrington Hospital which is my dream job and an area of midwifery I have always wanted to work within.

At Carmel it was truly the teachers on my courses who have supported me to get to the point of having my offers from universities, in every lesson I have felt well and truly supported and been encouraged to push myself and achieve better. If it wasn’t for this push and support from teachers I think I may have coasted through my time here at Carmel but that wasn’t the case. I am proud to say that I have studied here at Carmel College.
