There is always someone who you can talk to in college if you need support.

You can talk to:-

  • Your line manager
  • Your curriculum Lead
  • A member of the HR team
  • Our College Chaplain, Kath Edmond
  • The ‘Wellbeing in Action’ group (Meet every half-term)
  • Karl Smith, Vice Principal for staffing

Human Resources

The HR team is available for support. There is a room available for confidential conversations, respite or you may just want to have a chat.

We also have free support via occupational health which can be arranged for staff who would benefit from it.
