Students from Carmel's Essential Skills department wowed audiences recently with their outstanding performances in their show I've got the X Factor........Get me out of here!

The show was hosted by our very own ‘Ant and Dec’, A Level students Dominic and Ben at the first show and Dominic was joined by Joseph on the second day. Both days were a complete sell out!

Each act was introduced in an X Factor style with stunning performances from Lady Gaga, Abba, The Saturdays, Queen, Ali G and Jedward. Carmel’s A Level dance students also got in on the act showing off some impressive moves. The show then came to an end with a fantastic finale with members of staff joining in with a ‘Superman’ number.

All the students’ hard work paid off as everyone agreed what a great show it was and we’re already looking forward to next year!
