The A2 English Literature students recently visited the Liverpool Playhouse Theatre to see a powerful, vibrant and highly amusing performance of The Canterbury Tales.

The students are currently studying The Pardoner’s Tale for their exam and many have commented that seeing the text in a performance style has really helped them to visualise the tale and understand its context.
