You will enjoy a wide range of learning experiences, including practical work, practice exam questions, printed notes and lots of interactive fun activities. The AS course covers fundamental biological principles and how this knowledge is used in the 21st century, for example in stem cell research. Students will enjoy the new module Food and Health module where we look at the effect of diet on the body and other health related issues.
