This subject is 65% written work with a comprehensive coursework assignment at AS and a written exam at the end of each academic year. It explores the 3 art forms dance, drama and music and gives students a very good grounding in analytical and research skills.
The Performance & Dance department had brand new facilities constructed in 2010 in the new Dalton building. This includes a theatre which seats an audience of around 200; Dance and Drama Studios; Performance and Rehearsal areas; Changing and showering facilities for students; Dedicated teaching and learning rooms including an ICT suite.
